The National Realtor® and Mortgage Broker Registry is operated by TechVGroup, a non-profit entity, for the purpose of providing realtors, mortgage brokers and others with exposure for their businesses.  Proceeds from your registration are applied to assist needy children, adults and seniors.  

Why advertise on the National Realtor® & Mortgage Broker Registry?

Registering your firm with the the National Realtor® and Mortgage Broker Registry allows you to take advantage of our online advertising and other marketing directed to consumers, real estate firms, corporations, and others seeking the services of Realtors and Mortagage Brokers. This advertising is not a replacement for other advertising you may wish to conduct, just a sensible, low Cost investment in attracting new business without having to pay monthly advertising rates.


Additionally, "real estate agents" are also welcome to post a listing on our site. This enables agents
to generate new business.

WHY WE CHARGE A FLAT ANNUAL FEE FOR LISTINGS AND NOT MONTHLY FEES?
We do not charge monthly fees for any type of listings, as the more listings that are added to a particular city, state or country would tend to reduce the number of leads that any realtor, mortgage broker or agent might achieve.

By maintaining a low annual rate for all listings, realtors, mortgage brokers and real estate agents can develop leads at a very modest average cost per lead. For instance, if you purchase a Basic Statewide Registration for $75 per year and only received 4 leads per month during a 12 month period (48 leads), your cost per lead would only be $1.56 ($75 divided by 48 leads).

Naturally, if your listings are placed in multiple Cities, States and/or Countries, the greater your potential exposure and ability to generate more leads at a very low fixed annual cost.

All you have to do to register is to click on the "New Registration" Link on the Registry Home Page, and enter your information.  Your listing will be approved within 48 hours or less, at which time it will on the site, and you can edit your listing at any time.
